Bunkhouse: DIY small cabin retreat: 130 square feet plus a deck - sleeping loft, IKEA furnishings (like a table that folds against the wall when not in use), barn door that opens the inside to the outside.
I love the idea of building the bed into the structure of the room for children's rooms. Beds are large pieces of furniture and take up space. This allows for more floor space. I would make the bed into a bunk bed for both Laura and Hannah!
This small apartment has a built-in sofa to provide comfortable seating, and a bar tables have been placed against the wall to be used as a desk or counter area. If needed, the tables can be moved into the center of the room and an act as a dining table.
