A different take on the Barbie doll cake. Instead of a dome shaped skirt I wanted to create a skirt that looks like it was flowing in the wind. As the cake is for a lady in her mid twenties, i made the Barbie ***ier by showing one leg. Her whole dress including the top is made out of fondant. Layers and layers of fondant is arranged in such a way to make it look flowy and being blown by the wind.
