🍋Lemon & Poppyseed Protein Breakfast Slices INGREDIENTS👩🏻‍🍳 Wet ingredients ➡️2 eggs ➡️450g thick Greek yoghurt ➡️75g honey ➡️zest of 1/2 lemon ➡️juice of 1 lemon Dry ingredients ➡️50g protein vanila ➡️100g oat flour (blended oats) ➡️50g semolina flour (substitute with ground nuts or additional oat flour) ➡️2 tbsp poppy seeds ➡️1tsp baking powder Drizzle ➡️juice of 1 lemon ➡️1 tbsp honey Method🔥 1.Preheat the oven to 180oc (350oF) 2.Mix together your wet ingredients & the. fold in the dry ingredients until thoroughly combined 3.Split the mix into a lined mini loaf tray or muffin tray & bake for 20 mins 4.
