The Temple of Vesta, The Forum, Rome, Italy, near the Regia and the House of the Vestal Virgins: Historical details of its construction are unknown but it was built during the Roman Old Kingdom. The temple was round and employed Greek architecture.
Moses Statue by Michelangelo, Rome, Italy. Located in St. Peters in Chains church. Michelangelo always thought he was liberating a figure from the marble block that was already in it. He certainly did a fabulous job with Moses.
Trajan’s marble column goes back to 113 A. in Rome. This column was built to commemorate the Roman emperor Trajan’s victory in the Dacian Wars. I like the spiral going around the column splitting the images up.
