1/1/18. Action packed day with a religious theme and a surprise find. Started at Nan Lian Gardens, the find, an excellent garden teeming with people on their day off. Also saw DF here. Then onto the Chi Lin Nunnery right next to it. After that trucked down to the Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple which was incense heavy, but then opened into a calmer garden with pond. After rest back over to Kowloon to see the Symphony of Lights, but missed most as arrived late. Nice meal then at Jamie’s Italian!
