Now you can buy diced ham. Uh I just like to use extra deli meat that I have on hand though. And the scissors is just like the best cutter ever. No need for a knife. Yeah this is this is literally what your diced ham looks like. Exactly what it looks like. Okay. And then this will go in there. Exactly, exactly, exactly, right? Pieces, pieces, pieces, pieces, pieces, pieces. It's great. You can double up even. Look at that. That's crazy. I know this is amazing. This is like my legitimate. And you just like your kids' craft scissors. They don't have to be fancy because it's not hard to cut ham. Nope and you don't even have to clean them because it's going to go directly in the oven. You know? Yep. So what we're going to try to do is you're going to try to get it inside of the yolk. Or I mean the white. And you don't break the yolk. It's not trying to break the yolks. Nope. Not unless you really want to. Like you could scramble them but you also have to leave it like a yolk. This is the way that you get an over hard egg. You know there's scrambled eggs are really easy. Over hard eggs are kind of hard to perfect. Ham. So I take my garlic salt which is my most favorite on hand seasoning and we just Yep. Just like that. Just like that. Take your pepper. Alright it's done. It's done. Take my cheese. So quick. And I'm going to do just we don't want too much. So it's always like a nice topping. A nice little topping. Okay. Yeah. And why do you need the muffin like the the container? Like the paper. Yeah that's a really really solid question. If you don't use it then the egg can sometimes get stuck to your muffin tin and that's not what we want. Okay. I'm done. I'm done. I'm just going to add a little bit of salt. Okay. Right here and go whoo. Whoop. Ooh. I'm done. Amazing. And the cheese won't burn. No it won't burn. It's going to be so terrific. Okay. Ready? Just take your little eggs. Can you see the bottom of it? Yeah of course. Okay so yeah it's six it's six of them. Six of them. And you put it directly in the oven. Just like this. Mhm. And depending on your oven it could take a little longer. It could take a little less. Just it could take 5 minutes. It could take an hour. Yep. Ah. Oh my gosh. It's totally done. Oh my gosh. I can't wait to open these up. You're going to see these eggs are cooked perfectly. And it really it didn't burn at all. Okay so you said there's a surprise on the inside. Surprise on the inside. First I need to take my bread though. This is moldy but that is okay. Do you see that? Yeah. I just do my trick my grandmother taught me. And just cut it right off. Cut it this cheese. If you cut off the mold then you're good. Yep. I don't do you see any other parts with mold that maybe right here? You just get rid of it. Good. Give it a little haircut. Great. Okay. Now what kind of jam do you like with your bread? Cuz I like oh this is jelly. What's the difference of jam and jelly? Jelly is better. Great. Now another trick my grandmother taught me is that you actually don't need a knife for jelly. You can just use the crust to spread it around. Just like that. Oh my gosh and I'm going to open these eggs for you and you are going to because what's on the inside? A surprise. Okay. Ready? Okay. So that's how you get the perfectly covered. You just use this. And this part's okay because there's no mold on it. But yeah you'll just rip off a crust and that's what you use. Okay let's take these out. And they aren't little Cuz you sprayed it. Yeah. Look at that. One. Can't wait to see what. So I like to sometimes use a knife just to make sure that they come out. Cuz I Okay. I want you to open this bad boy up because you said there's something on the inside. Do you remember what's in there? Uh egg. Egg. And ham. Egg ham. And cheese. And how do you think my eggs got cooked? By the oven. We're going to use two. Okay, ready? I'm going to cut this open and there's eggs in here. There's cheese in here. Uh a full egg. We didn't scramble it or anything. It's so good. Are you ready? Yeah. Okay. One. Yep. Two. Mm. This is not a very sharp knife. Three. Okay, ready? This one. One. Yep. Two. Yep. Three. Okay, ready? One. Two. Ready? I'm going to grab this one out just so you can see the difference between two another one. Okay. Ready. Here we go. Oh, okay. Go. Yeah. Okay. Now, open this one. One. Yep. Two. Yep. Three. Wow. Perfectly cooked egg. Oh my word. Perfectly cooked. Do you like hard boiled eggs? Cuz this is how my my family doesn't like runny eggs. So none of these. Not one single one are going to be runny. Look at that. Sunny side up. Hard boiled. My favorite part is how the yolks come out perfectly. So if you are a person that just likes yolks, you have found your prize. Golden ticket. Just pop it in your mouth like a gumball. Uh huh. And there's empty.
