We graphed our favorite color as a class and then decided we wanted to see what the teachers favorite colors were. We each took a tally sheet and went to work. We walked the halls together, one student would go into a classroom and ask the teacher what their favorite color was. Then they would come out into the hall and report to the rest of the class. My second graders used oil pastels to create warm and cool op-art landscapes like this one. The colors shift as you walk past it!
