GARDENS: Buenos Aires in never lovelier than in springtime. I think this photo is taken in Rosedal (see http://www.buenosaires.gov.ar/areas/med_ambiente/parque_3_de_febrero/rosedal/) which is a lovely place to visit.
In Argentina and Uruguay it´s simply called `mate´. If you add water as you would tea and then strain it into a cup it´s called `cooked mate´ (mate cocido). In Paraguay they drink it cold and call it `tereré
