Chicken with Mustard
French Chicken Mustard Dijonaise with Bacon & Onions ~ Adapted from David Lebovitz’s “My Paris Kitchen” _ Delicious, quick & easy, one-pot dish, but special enough for company. I use bone-in/skin-on chicken breasts! David suggests serving with his Fresh Herb Pasta. Also this would be perfect with some creamy mashed potatoes, as the gravy is delicious!

(Seriously, he would eat Chinese takeout over homemade cooking any day. I really wonder about him sometimes.) I made an exception last week by asking his culinary opinion, and he threw me a serious curveball. “Chicken Cordon Bleu!” he exclaimed.
