Trendy for the young and old alike due to its proximity to downtown Dallas (5 minute commute/sidestreets)!
Dallas and Fort Worth showing how close they really are. The DFW metroplex is very large with many suburbs in between and then spreading out in all directions. There is plenty of room to grow OUT in Texas; we don't have to go up as there is no land shortage.
