well, it's a spoon and it (sort of) folds. i've learnt loads from this. Hinge geometry is more complicated than i have given it credit for, I need a better saw, i definitely need to drill at the correct angle! i thought i had it set-up OK for drilling the hole but possibly the 1.5mm drill bit went astray?
