Anger is important. I used to be afraid of it, but now I welcome what it can teach me about my boundaries.
We are often unable to change that which makes us sad but, it should not prevent us from taking some time to be with our sadness. Once we give our sadness care, we can move on with our lives in a good way. These are four of my favorite methods. A few minutes of care goes a long way. Either in the moment or when it is convenient. The sadness will wait. We are often unable to change that which makes us sad but, it should not prevent us from taking some time to be with our sadness.
