Well I'm gonna tell you a secret I made up that no one ever taught me. I was the creator, the inventor, the only one, the first, the almighty, alpha and omega, chest, hairy, silver back, and no fashion. Obviously not true, I didn't invent it, but hey, it works for me. You're going to roll out your pasta any way you want, just like you usually do. La vas a laminar. Just like always. The process is the same. Roll the thick you can make the cuts you need and that's it, okay, so the process is going to be exactly the same. You're going to work it out, as you usually work it up to this step. Obviously here we can do like an omelette, you leave it on your sheet and you're flipping it around every half an hour, every twenty minutes and it's quite entertaining. And it takes a lot of time, then my secret trick invented by me, I put a towel on it. I put another cloth on it, sometimes a foamy, sometimes a unicel, and so I let it dry all night and nothing happens to it, it doesn't bend and stays straight.
