cookies & cream smoothie Blend 1 frozen banana w/1scoop vanilla whey; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 Tbsp plain greek yogurt; 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk & half cup of ice. Once a thick mixture is achieved add 1/4 cookies & cream Questbar that has been chopped into small pieces & some chocolate chips. Blend again. Top w/crème filling made from 2 Tbsp plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, & stevia. Also add another 1/4 of cookies & cream Questbar on top that has been broken into pieces.
