The research-supported benefits are significant & long-lasting in dopamine and thereby elevated mood, alertness, and focus. Here are three simple exercises you can do every morning: 1. Eye Rolling: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and slowly roll your eyes in a circular motion. Do this for about a minute, changing directions halfway through. 2. Focus Shifting: Hold your thumb a few inches away from your face and focus on it. Slowly move your thumb away while keeping your focus on it. Then, shift your focus to something farther away. Repeat this for about a minute. 3. Near and Far Focus: Look at something close to you for 10-15 seconds, then shift your focus to something far away for another 10-
