• 1/2 lb Ham

• 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
Condiments
• 1 Salsa or ketchup
Baking & Spices
• 2 tsp Garlic salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Coconut oil
Other
• 2 cups Finely chopped fresh or thawed frozen peppers and onoins (i like using a food processor for this)
