Rafal Oblinski is a Polish painter born in 1943. He studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1981 Rafal emigrated to the United States were he quickly became a renowned painter, illustrator and designer. For his outstanding work, Rafal has received more than 150 awards including the gold and silver medals awarded by the Society of Illustrators of New York and Los Angelos.
