Please double check when ordering you are 100% sure on the colour you want. Each piece of 1x4x8 lumber will take the stain slightly different as some of the wood will have more grains than the other. This means that one shelf may have a slightly darker tone then the next but still the same stain/colour was used. Also it depends on if it’s a new can or an old can the depth of the stain colour can slightly differ from light to dark! I always double check what colour you chose before I stain so there is no mistakes only preferences. Please message me for more info to get you as close to what you’re wanting colour wise as I physically can. Otherwise as stated I can’t control how the wood will take the stain colour but it will all be in the same colour tone. No matter what the shelf always comes out beautifully as it’s made with love. 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 + 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒: • 𝙀𝘽𝙊𝙉𝙔 (“black colour” but can turn out a very dark black brown, pitch black, a cool toned dark brown, or even a washed out black depending on how the wood takes it!) ^ sometimes can look similar to dark walnut but less warm • 𝘿𝘼𝙍𝙆 𝙒𝘼𝙇𝙉𝙐𝙏 (dark brown can turn out slightly medium brown with some warmth or really dark with cool tones.) • 𝙒𝙊𝙊𝘿 𝘽𝙐𝙍𝙉𝙏 (THIS IS NOT STAIN. I take a torch + flame to the shelf & burning it to create warm brown spots & chard burnt spots with the light natural wood popping through. This unique option makes the wood grains really POP out & define them! This seals the wood on its own & gives off an amazing smell! ⚠️PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE MORE DARKER CHARD BITS CAN LEAVE A BLACK DUSTING ON YOUR HANDS, CLOTHES, AND FURNITURE/WALLS!⚠️ It washes off with warm + soapy water or a magic eraser but please don’t be alarmed & understand this if you choose this option. It is like a burnt log in a fire. An ash from a camp fire sometimes lands on your clothes but you can simply wash it out!) • 𝙎𝙋𝙀𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇 𝙒𝘼𝙇𝙉𝙐𝙏 (medium brown to light brown / warmer tone. It just depends on what you are wanting to hang on these shelves! 1. I personally hang mine on screws or nails in the top main peak/point/corners and then anywhere else to balance it as you want to distribute the weight evenly and not put strain on the joints! 2. For extra security if you are putting heavier things on your shelf please use screws and screw them into the studs that are behind your drywall. You can use a stud finder (from your local hardware store) to locate the these stronger beams. Then just rest the shelf on the screws. 3. You can buy specific wall mounting hooks that screw into the back of your shelf then screw into the wall itself where than the shelf will not move at all and you won't be able to take it off the wall unless you unscrew it. There are many ways to hang them you just have to do what you feel most comfortable with or ask your local hardware store for the best hooks. **If you do not hang them properly you are risking it falling and breaking which is not our fault. Ask us if you need some more hanging advice.** 📦𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:📦 I use recycled card board to box up my items. I do this to most importantly to aid in helping the environment. This process does take longer (please keep this in mind) than me ordering custom "normal" shipping boxes that are already put together but would cost immensely more thus making the total even higher which I’m trying to save you and myself costs. The overall shipping costs are still high in general due to gas prices and because they are such big and heavy wooden shapes/products. I try to find and use the best ways + cheapest prices to safely ship my items for you for you. Ship times may be set at a higher time frame depending on the time of year and how busy I am with orders. This doesn't mean they can't arrive earlier than expected either though.
