• 5 Onions, medium
• 2 1/2 tbsp Oregano
• 5 Poblano/anaheim peppers *see note

• 3 tbsp Canning salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 1/2 cups White vinegar
Nuts & Seeds
• 2 tbsp Cumin
