Sweet & Spicy Korean Chicken Recipe:
    Ingredients for Chicken:
      Boneless Chicken (cubes) 700g
        Sesame oil 2 tsp
          Salt ½ tsp
            Ginger (grated) ½ tsp
              Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
                Corn flour ½ cup
                  Oil (for frying) ¾ cup
                    Ingredients for the Sauce:
                      Honey ¼ cup
                        Soy Sauce ¼ cup
                          Water 3 tbsp
                            Red chili flakes 3 tbsp
                              Salt 1/4 tsp / to taste
                                Vinegar 2 tbsp
                                  Sesame oil 1 tsp
                                    Oil (for cooking) 1 tbsp
                                      Onion (chopped) ¼ cup
                                        Garlic (grated) ½ tbsp
                                          Ginger (grated) ½ tbsp
                                            Green Onion (chopped) as required
                                              Sesame seeds as required
                                                Boiled Rice as required
                                                  Directions:
                                                    1. In a bowl add chicken cubes, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, corn flour and mix well till fully coated.
                                                      2. Now drop each chicken cube separately in the hot oil and fry each side for 2-3 minutes over medium flame until brown and crispy.
                                                        3. Take it out of the oil and keep them aside.
                                                          4. In a small bowl add honey, soy sauce, red chili flakes, vinegar, sesame oil and water. Whisk it until combined.
                                                            5. Now heat the oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic and ginger and cook them for a minute.
                                                              6. Now add; the prepared sauce to the pan and cook until it thickens.
                                                                7. Add prepared chicken into the sauce and cook it until it is fully coated with the sauce.
                                                                  8. Serve with boiled rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
