Thank goodness I have @joshbowmar to push me. I ended my glute workout yesterday with these and wanted to use a 25lb plate and he pushed me to do 45 pounds. This doesn't mean you have to use that weight- use a weight that's appropriate to you and your fitness level but always remember to push yourself too. We don't grow because we want to.
