My 20s have been a wild ride. For some of you newer folks—I’m a former teacher!! I still have dreams where even after I quit, I STILL WENT BACK TO TEACH and had to give ANOTHER letter of resignation. 🙈 I taught for 5 years. Teaching the messiness of the writing process and encouraging my students to understand their feelings was a huge part of what I loved.
