Smoky Saucy Chickpeas with Spinach - I used red wine vinegar since we didn't have sherry vinegar - still pretty good. Also, you can use hella spinach in this.

Smokey, saucy chickpeas with spinach: I used homemade chickpeas instead of canned and kale instead of spinach. It was pretty yum. Love the sauce, next time will add more paprika and actually use spinach (i bet it will be even better).
