Kolómenskoye is a park located on a high bank of the Moscow River, south of Moscow, and was the former suburban residence of the great Dukes and Tsars of Russia. It is a beautiful park, with splendid views over the Moskva river and where you can visit various churches (such as the Ascension), as well as various museums and the summer palace of Tsar Alekséi Mijáilovich.
