This poster is very similar to my story. Your brain has a network in it. And my network was basically negative, which explains my panic attacks. I set out to change that network from negative to positive.
a flexible plasticity that's changeable with a little effort! It works, it just takes time to form a habit.
Iam very impatient, but I suppose if I want to change something bad enough, I'll work on it.

if you want to change something about yourself, repeat your intentions over and over. eventually your brain will get into a new pattern.
