The first Elvis Presley stamp debuted at Graceland on Jan. 1993 on Elvis' birthday. Over 1 million ballots (including mine) were returned to the Postal Service around the country. It remains today the most popular commemorative stamp of all time.
While Elvis Presley was stationed in Germany, he visited Paris three times. This was his first trip to The City Of Light, and specifically on June during which Elvis and his entourage stayed at hotel Prince De Galles (Prince Of Wales).
