Art Journaling - can be used as a therapeutic and/or self-care tool. I know they say keeping a journal is good for you but I never seem to be able to sustain it. Something more creative might be the way to go.
Keep a travel journal to write down all the amazing memories and tape in special event tickets or train tickets anything you find important. Then you can look back at it and relive the memories. I have a travel journal, but i like this idea!
