“Don’t quit. Never give up trying to build the world you can see, even if others can’t see it. Listen to your drum and your drum only. It’s the one that makes the sweetest sound.” - Simon Sinek

My novel "Hippie Drum" is inspired by experiences like this. A girl in a red dress playing a djembe hand drum. it may be a klong yao, but you can't see the base length in this great photo.

Good photography info from 1+1+1=1.

The Bluegrass family of instruments include: fiddle, banjo, guitar, mandolin, string bass, dobro, autoharp, and vocal harmonies (Mills). The five string banjo is the instrument used most to produce the driving syncopated rhythm common in Bluegrass music (Smith). The banjo is most often the telltale characteristic of Bluegrass music. Many Bluegrass songs are based on 3 chords: G, C, and D (Nold), making the songs relatively simple, and easy for the musician to comprehend.

---This is named right. I love bluegrass and play it every day on two Martin guitars I own.
