♡ There are many types of grief. It doesn't only mean a loss of a loved one to death, it can also include a loss of a loved one and they are still alive. I never realized this until recently. I go through both. I have many good days and few bad ones and I'm very thankful for that.

Grief is like living two lives. One is where you pretend everything is alright, and the other is where your heart silently screams in pain 💔
