Mejadra - Middle Eastern spiced rice, only takes 15 minutes to make, absolutely full of flavour! The rice is so flavoursome, it only needs a simple piece of grilled fish and/or roasted vegetables to make a complete meal, finished with a dollop of yoghurt.
Benihana Style Fried Rice - Highly recommend making garlic butter out of the minced garlic and butter (make extra!) and use it to stir-fry the rice! Exclude chicken for vegetarians. Hopefully you have some benihana 'diablo' sauce!
