Between 1983 and Martin Parr photographed holidaymakers and day-trippers in the decaying seaside resort of New Brighton on the Wirral (near Liverpool).

Trish Morrissey - Just come accross her series 'Front' and love the concept. She finds interesting beach 'encampments' set up by a family group and takes over the role of a woman within the group. The woman she replaces then takes the photograph that Trish has previously set up. Great idea and interesting images. See them all at: www.trishmorrissey.com

This photograph by Nikki. S. Lee is very interesting because three objects seat in a straight line, and the skateboard also in a same line and same angel. We learned that Nikki like play different role in her photograph, and she like to experience different kinds of lives and learn different culture. I think this is pretty cool when a person can change his identity lightheartedly.

Nikki S. Lee, The Skateboarders Project -- she embeds herself in a culture, lives with them, then attempts to pose as someone authentically in that culture.
