Bake an Egg in an Avocado for a Fast and Healthy Breakfast Treat - Preheat oven & cast-iron pan to Slice avocado in half, take out pit. Put avocado half onto pan, crack egg in; put whatever you want on top and place in oven, cook till your eggs are done.
