Street Tango  The San Telmo Feria in Buenos Aires is centred on Plaza Dorrego   and is blessed with a host of spontaneous and highly professional   street tango performances which materialise almost miraculously   at the most unlikely place and time.     These are most commonly encountered on Calle Defensa, which connects   Plaza de Mayo with Dorrego, and on Plaza Dorrego itself - right in the   frenetic heart of the Fair.
