Skyline chili as a finger food. (cooked jumbo shells, ground sirloin with a can of skyline chili. simmer the two together for a thicker consistency, stuffed the shells with the mixture and shredded mild cheddar. For a use chili with beans and add onions.
I'd love to make skyline chili & serve like a bolognese sauce with pappardelle or wide egg noodles. Or even fill ravioli with it & eat with a rich sauce, maybe flavored with butternut squash or pumpkin
