Winter of the World: Book Two of the Century Trilogy, Ken Follett. I loved this one almost as much as Fall of Giants. Again, I learned a lot and the characters' stories are just so compelling.

Century Trilogy -- Quite enjoyable and very informative.  The thing I love about historical novels is that I get intrigued and then go search for what really happened.  Follett is a master storyteller.  Key to Rebecca is still the BEST Follett ever

First of a trilogy - This book features intriguing characters from several countries. The action takes place from just prior to the start of to the conclusion of the war. Can't wait for the sequel!
