Detalle de la portada dl Templo de San Felipe Neri en Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. La construcción de este templo se inició en 1752 y se concluyó en 1802. Es maravillosa la forma en que está concebido el gran portal labrado con la delicadeza del artífice plateresco, con columnas ornamentadas con motivos fitomorfos. Al centro se encuentra la puerta principal con su arco de medio punto y en los flancos se encuentran los nichos con San Felipe y San Francisco.
