My squares are about 10” but you can make these in any size that you’d like. For glue, I made a 1:2 ratio cornstarch to water mixture (combine and heat on low until it just starts to thicken) so that these can be composted at the end of their lifespan. More convenient (but less eco-friendly) alternatives for glue are to use mod podge or fabric stiffener. Credit@woodlarkblog
