Orange Zinger Smoothie Hello, Monday! If you haven’t noticed. I’ve kinda been on a smoothie kick lately. I typically start my day with one. Today, I decided to spice things up a bit… literally -1 red bell pepper -1 navel orange -1 tablespoon coconut oil -A dash of cayenne pepper -1 to 3 ice cubes Well, this was a little bit of fiery heaven.
Smoothie me! Spinach, banana, shredded coconut, flaxseed, almond milk and a walnut on top for funsies.
Holiday Hangover Smoothie: 1/2 a green apple 1 Persian cucumber A hand full of spinach Lemon juice Water Chia seeds Blend it all together and enjoy.

1 handful bok choy 1 orange - peeled 1/2 lemon - juiced 1 apple - cored, chopped 1 cup water 2 ice cubes We love bok choy because it is sweet with hints of spice. It’s part of the cabbage family and is sometimes referred to as pak choi, white-celery mustard or Chinese white cabbage. It has tons of antioxidants, fiber and vitamins, which help reduce LDL cholesterol and protect against breast, colon, and prostate cancers.
Peaches and Green Smoothie I got up this morning ready to take on the world! I hit my pace times for my 10 mile run with a fast finish (f yeah!). My range was to be 8:25-8:40 pace. I averaged 8:34! My splits were: 8:28/ 8:16/ 8:47/ 8:27/ 8:45/ 8:19/ 8:27/ 8:34/ 8:54/ 7:29 I was feeling good. The kind of run where you just float on by, can’t stop smiling and are just in the zone.
