Glandwr, Wales   This "hobbit home" was in south-west Wales was built by a young couple Charlie    Hague and Megan Williams, who wanted a home for their baby son. They built    the eco-friendly house on land owned by Mr Hague’s father in Glandwr,    Pembrokeshire for only £15,000.

Permits have been issued in U.S. states including: AZ, HI, CA, UT, NV, WA, KY; as well as in BC in Canada. Unless the code requires otherwise, the first row of bags can be placed right on the ground, without a footer.
