Ingredientes: 12 nopales cambray 1/2 cebolla 400 g de requesón 2 cds de epazote fresco  Para la salsa: 4 jitomates 1/4 cebolla 1 diente de ajo 2 chiles serranos sal y pimienta al gusto  Instrucciones:  1- Acitrona la cebolla y añade el requesón. Mezcla y añade el epazote, sal y pimienta.  2-Asa los nopales en un comal con sal y pimienta al gusto.  3- Rellena los nopales con la mezcla anterior y cierra.  Para la salsa: 1-Asa los jitomates, ajo, chiles y cebolla. 2- Licua
