Rainbow, Rising***** (1976): I wanted something special for album 200 in this project, and here it is. What starts off as an excellent album becomes even better with "Stargazer" and "Light in the Black." I am still astounded by the sheer power in these epic tunes. And it is also here that I finally understood what all the fuss about Dio was about. This is an absolute must for any metalhead and probably one of my top all time metal albums. (4/22/14)
