Sevilla, Andalucía, Spain.  I spent a great vacation here once during a work trip. I stayed with a spanish family and visited world expo. My Spanish didn't improve but I did get used to having dinner at 10pm.

The Plaza de Espana is located in Serville, Spain and consists of a half-circle with many buildings and beautiful bridges. The Plaza de Espana was designed by Anibal Gonzalez. The building was built on the edge of the Maria Luisa Park.
