Barefoot Contessa - Recipes - Lobster Corn Chowder, this would be good with substitutions for a low fat version. I make a sea food chowder that is yummy and low fat, but you wouldn't know. I think that similar recipe with only lobster=Yum!
My Favorite! Lobster Bisque: 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 shallot, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 2 tsp tomato paste 8 ounces unsalted butter lbs Maine lobster 32 ounces water 2 cups heavy cream 2 bay leaves ½ cup dry sherry Salt and pepper to taste
Restaurant quality Lobster Bisque -- I made this last night and my husband LOVED it! I kept out a few chunks of lobster to put on top with Crème fraîche and chives and I added a little Sherry to the bisque as well. I will be making this again soon!
This is a wonderful casserole lobster, shrimp and crab meat. Mix all ingredients add to a oven proof casserole dish, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for minutes. Serve with rice. Recipe may be doubled if desired.
