Big hit. Everyone wanted the recipe. It was delicious. I doubled the recipe and slices/arranged potatoes (sans cream) the night before. I measured out cream and added 3 crushed cloves of garlic, rosemary, thyme--let that steep overnight. Then followed directions. Had to bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes more. Really delicious.
