Not safe but better

When we hold each other, in the darkness, it doesn’t make the darkness go away. The bad things are still out there. The nightmares still walking. When we hold each other we feel not safe, but better.


I'm inbetween the process of wanting to stay with my depression and anxiety and trying to be better.

I struggle with not completing things I really want to finish as well as not giving myself credit for the small things I do. I would make an effort to start a list of one small thing that I accomplish each day and how it helped me or another person. I think this would then help me build up to eventually accomplishing something greater.
