A school project created for a Women & Gender Studies class at the University of Saskatchewan by Sarah Zelinski, Kayla Hatzel & Dylan Lambi-Raine. The group wanted to show how the media portrays gender roles and stereotypes in advertising.
This six-minute video, does a wonderful job of explaining and illustrating the portrayal of masculinity in Disney movies. It’s pretty troubling when laid out so simply.
