heat the oven to 400 and put the cupcakes in the center. They cook for less time but the higher temp causes them to rise up faster. I have also lowered the temperature (after about 8 minutes of baking) back down to 350 and that works well too.
Been searching for a cupcake version of the tiramisu cake.This one has it all plus the lady fingers. Mascarpone on top and chocolate mousse in the middle. Also describes the cone method for filling cupcakes, which is probably better than piping it in.
