Gerber Daisy/Polka Dot - I made this cake for a little girls first birthday, so they wanted it girly and fun. Gerber daisies and butterflys are not real. Polka dots and pearls are fondant. WASC with buttercream icing.
Pears in Puff Pastry. Slice pear in half, core it, and add cuts. Place pears on ready-made puff pastry, cut around inch. Brush pastry with beaten egg, sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 180 for 15 mins. (link is not working but all info is here)
