I halved the recipe, roasting the squash and brussel sprouts in one pan, and used Olive Oil spray for the parchment paper instead of Olive Oil. It was a hit with the family, so I'll make it again (I halved the pecans, so next time I'll use pecan pieces instead of whole pecans.)
