This is ridiculous. If there's one thing I've learned through my ED recovery is that the more you restrict certain foods, the more you will crave them and obsess over them and then that leads to binging and then the horrible feelings afterwards. If your body wants something, EAT IT. You don't have to over do it.... But don't set up rules. Just don't.
